Answer: I do not write this blog for a particular market or country. My blog is written in English and it has been translated into several languages (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Turkish). I write mostly for students and people who are interested in knowing more about information technology and industry trends. There are hundreds of blogs and websites about specific programming and testing techniques already exist. If you need this information, you can find many that meet your need. The job market in your country may not need certain skills or technology today but sooner or later it will. Technology and needs in one place always expand into others and market often changes fast. It is important for students to know the industry trends and prepare to seize the opportunity when it comes rather than just follow it. With globalization, job market is wide open for everyone who has the skills. With the Internet, people can work for company far away without have to leave home. With the critical skilled workers shortage all over the world, many technology companies are actively seeking workers regardless where they live. Last summer when I was in China, I saw that Microsoft, Google, and IBM are actively hiring students from Chinese universities. The same thing also happened in India and Singapore when I was there.
