Answer: You should decide your career on what you like to do and the market needs (Growth factor). You should NOT based your career decision on the salary alone. You should follow the industry \u2018s growing trends as thing will change because what is \u201cHot\u201d today may not be the same five or ten years from now. For example, Before 2008, Business and Finance were \u201cHot\u201d but it is no longer today. According to the new 2012 salary survey, Information technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Information System Management) is among the highest pay and highest potential growth today.<\/p>\n
