B\u1ea5t k\u00ec c\u00e1i g\u00ec sai v\u1edbi h\u1ec7 th\u00f4ng tin \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 l\u00e0m ch\u1eadm tr\u1ec5 chuy\u1ec3n giao s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m, l\u00e0m t\u0103ng chi ph\u00ed, gi\u1ea3m l\u1ee3i nhu\u1eadn v\u00e0 thu nh\u1eadp. This global trend will continue to change and impact our life, our businesses and our society. For example, mobile devices and the Internet have allowed people to shop almost everything at online stores but they also offer opportunity to online companies to sell directly to all types of customers, both local and global and expand the business. As more people are using mobile devices, marketing companies are now focusing more mobile advertising to attract customers than on newspapers or magazines. Currently mobile advertising is the fastest growing segment in the marketing sector.<\/p>\n<p>According to a new report, today about 45% of people read news online using mobile phones and tablets and 63% of them watching sport events on their tablets and smartphone instead of TV. Today calling a taxi, order foods, book hotel room when travels are done on the smartphone. With innovations such as the \u201cInternet of Everything\u201d, where mobile devices connect everything for users, it will change your home into smart home, connect traffic control to drive your cars, measure energy consumption in your house, manage your works etc. It will change the entire way people function and businesses operate in society.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, technology requires knowledgeable managers who can focus on operational excellence to meet new business demand but at the same time, be able to interpret market changes and technology changes to stay competitive. According to a new study, many current managers will fail when it comes to these new ways of doing business because they do not understand technology and its impacts. Many do not know how to integrate the technology with business perspective as their company is now facing challenges by increasingly complex IT and business operating models. Today business requires cost efficiency and be able to quickly adjust to meet market demands. These are skills that are not taught in business school but in information technology school.\u00a0 The study suggests that companies must restructure their current management structure to response to these changes. The new management system must consist of people who are trained in information technology because technology impacts everything.
