CMU RATED AMONG TOP SCHOOLS FOR 14TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR<\/p>\n

For the 14th consecutive year, Carnegie Mellon is ranked among the top 25 universities in the U.S and \u201cAmerica\u2019s BestColleges.\u201d Overall, CMU ranks 23rd in, tied with University of Southern California (USC). CMU Computer Science\/ Software Engineering program ranks 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0after Massachusetts Institute Of Technology (MIT). CMU Business programs ranks seventh, tied with the University of North Carolina and the University of Texas at Austin. CMU\u2019s Engineering school ranks eighth overall, tied with Cornell and Purdue universities. CMU also ranked among to ten schools with more Nobel Prize winners and research papers published.<\/p>\n

In specialty categories, CMU ranks second in Information Systems Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, operations management and quantitative methods analysis; fifth in supply chain management and logistics; Ninth in finance and 16th in entrepreneurship;<\/p>\n
