It is important for developers to learn good habit by following these websites so they can continue to learn and improve their skills.<\/p>\n

Another way to improve technical skills is to befriend with senior developers, people with more experiences than them. These people can teach you more in-depth knowledge than you can imagine. Instead of take years to learn something by reading books, you can learn from their experience much faster. You can always ask them something that you do not know. As long as you want to learn, as long as you are sincere and respectful, there are always people who are willing to share their experiences with you.<\/p>\n

There is another way called \u201cLearning while Doing\u201d. If you want to learn a new technology, get a job or volunteer for a company that is using that technology. Another way is to participate in technical conference to learn something new. Many students are not familiar with this kind of learning. They come unprepared and often lost in a large group of people. Some will go to conference to meet friends, to socialize rather than to learn. Most conferences have many topics, you must select the topic that you are interested in and prepare to ask questions on something that you do not know. Write yourself a series of questions o ask the speakers and listen to their answer carefully. Most conference speakers are experts in their field and they will share with you much more than things you can find in books. As you are familiar with this kind of learning, you know the best speakers, the most experienced in a field and you seek them out and learn from them. Many speakers will stay after their talks to answer questions. Ask them whether if you can have their emails so you can contact them for additional questions. Correspondent with experts is the most effective way to learn new things.<\/p>\n
