G\u1ea7n nh\u01b0 m\u1ecdi c\u00f4ng ti \u0111\u1ec1u c\u00f3 c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n trong an ninh m\u00e1y t\u00ednh, \u1ee9ng d\u1ee5ng di \u0111\u1ed9ng, ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n Web, truy\u1ec1n th\u00f4ng kh\u00f4ng d\u00e2y, qu\u1ea3n tr\u1ecb c\u01a1 s\u1edf d\u1eef li\u1ec7u v\u00e0 qu\u1ea3n l\u00ed d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5. Theo C\u1ee5c Th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea lao \u0111\u1ed9ng M\u0129, m\u1ed9t m\u00ecnh n\u01b0\u1edbc M\u0129 s\u1ebd c\u1ea7n qu\u00e3ng 1 tri\u1ec7u c\u00f4ng nh\u00e2n CNTT tr\u01b0\u1edbc n\u0103m 2015. The “App Economy”<\/p>\n

2011 is a good year for Information Technology (IT) workers: Salary is on the increase, more jobs are being created, and the shortage of IT workers is now spreading all over the world. Almost every country has the same problem: Not enough skilled IT workers. It is a clear sign that the IT industry will continue to thrive despite signs of economic uncertainty. In fact, global business growth are driving demand for IT workers to the highest levels.<\/p>\n

Global companies are now recognizing that information technology is essential to their ability to compete so they have increased their IT budget and invested in IT technology. Almost every companies have projects in computer security, mobile applications, Web development, wireless communication, database management and service management. According to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics the U.S alone will need about 1million IT workers by 2015. Since the U.S only produces less than 70,000 computer workers a year, it puts the shortage at the critical number about over half million workers. That is why there are several discussions in U.S Congress about passing laws to solve this issue such as special \u201cImmigration status\u201d for foreigners with special IT skills to permanently come and work in the U.S.
\nAmong positions that are expected to be in high demand are software project manager, software architect, information system manager, system security specialist, database administrator, data modeler, and cloud computing service manager.<\/p>\n

The most important skills are people who can apply their technical skills to the business environment. For example, Data modelers are needed to organize data into logical models and ensure people can access to certain functions. Project manager who are able to align their project to meet business needs.<\/p>\n

The most surprising good news is the mobile technology applications (app). In just two years, it has created an entirely new industry called the “Mobile App Economy” and it has added at least 182,000 new jobs and contributed more than $12.19 billion to the US economy this year. Another similar job market called \u201cFacebook App Economy\u201d created a total of 235,644 jobs, adding a value of $15.71 billion to the economy. According to a study of the Center for Digital Innovation, Technology, these new platforms have changed the information technology direction and encourage the development of more software companies who make applications for the mobile and Facebook platform. apps include everything from productivity tools to popular games like “Farmville” that users interact with on Facebook.<\/p>\n

The \u201cApp Economy\u201d has also led to more job creation at companies that hiring app developers, not in the U.S but all over the world. As Facebook and other mobile platforms grow, we will continue to see more job growth in countries that can move quickly into this area. With mobile smart phone market continue to rise all over the world, the number of users have increased 30% each year, the demand for more apps is also on the increase. It is expected that within three to five years, smart phone and tablet market will replace desktop and laptop as more people are switching to them now.<\/p>\n
