He wrote: \u201cIn your blog, you wrote that student should spend two hours studying for every hour they spend in class. If you have 15 hours of classes a week, you should plan on 30 hours of studying a week. If you study five nights a week, leaving two nights a week (Friday and Saturday) for other activities such as movies and go out with friends then that is six hours of studying a night. Do you think that is too much to ask?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Answer: The study rule is only a minimum guide for college students. I expect students to spend more time to study than that. I recommend that students to spend two hours studying as individual for each hour in class then spend another hour to study in group with friends. Basically 6 or 7 hours of study is not too much at all because you should ask yourself why do you go to college? If you go to college to get educated and get a good job then you should consider college as your first job that you will work for four years. A typical job takes 40 hours a week. If you spend 15 hours a week in class, that leaves 25 hours a week that you should be studying because it is your job. Of course, if you do not like the job of going to college, I could quit and find another job in a factory.
